GOTW Vine Swinging and Shoo Bug

Today is another day to announce the GOTW this week Mio has not posted it on the blog yet but he told me at my cave that these were the games Vine Swingin’ and Shoo Bug they are both at Soggy bottom swamp so head on down to the swampy marsh and earn some coins.

In Shoo bug your main object of the game is to get as far as you can before falling of the vine into the swamp. Use your arrow keys to move up and down the vine, when ready press space bar to jump. When you are in the air, use the arrow keys to move forwards and backwards. When there is no vine to hang on, you can bounce on lily pads and over logs.Watch out for the crocs and the spider web balls!

Move your mouse to move the swatter and left click to swat the insects. Tighten your reflex’s and concentrate, these dino-bugs can be really fast! Let the shoo buggin’ begin!

Pterry rocks Webosaurs Island

What a great weekend of Webosaurs Island! Pterry was everywhere this weekend. Friday he was doing math problems with the gang at the International Party and Saturday we all gathered at Jungle Beach to surprise Pterry. Pterry thought he was going to be throwing a quiz party and that his birthday was just going to be overlooked this year, he had no idea all of his friends were hiding out, waiting to surprise him! Boy oh boy was he surprised! Thanks to everyone that helped keep it a secret and thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate. Pterry was so surprised he almost forgot the quiz questions he was going to ask!This week is going to be awesome, with a lot of exciting things happening on Webosaurs Island, so stay tuned for details!

Pterry’s Surprise Birthday Party – Saturday

Shhhhh it's a surprise...

Hey bluggin’ dinos we’ve got an awesome event going down this Saturday, but we need your help! You may or may not know that Pterry’s Birthday was last Sunday, but we weren’t able to plan a party for him because of all the preparation for the MVAs Ceremony on Saturday. Pterry’s been pretty bummed all week, especially when I told him that we are throwing a party for international users on Friday and not for him. To make it up to him I told him he could throw a Quiz Party on Saturday… he has NO idea we’re going to surprise him!

Pterry’s going to throw his “Quiz Party” on Saturday at Jungle Beach, but he’ll be a little bit late. We need you all to show up and hide out over by Stretch’s Surf Shop, then when Pterry shows up we’ll all hop out and yell “SURPRISE!” and maybe throw a couple of bananas at him for good measure! Don’t miss out, it’s going to be a blast, everyone who attends will also receive a special birthday cake for their cave!

International Party with Pterry – Friday

Don't be scared Taco...

Hey Gang! We’ve had some awesome parties the last couple of Fridays, but have had some complaints from some of our international users about not being able to attend because of the late times of the parties in their time zones. To make up for this we’re going to have an awesome party this Friday at an earlier time. At 12 noon WST on Friday Pterry is going to be in the Voodoo Hideaway throwing an awesome international party. Bring your national pride and your need to get down and we’ll have an incredible time.

Pterry and I will definitely be there and there may be some other special guests dropping by. I’m also going to crank up the exchange rate (in honor of our international users) on Vine Swingin’ and Shoo Bug, so make sure you bring a bucket or a big bag to tote away all the coins you’re going to win. They’re going to be spitting out like toots out of Horns!

Game of the Week: Snowball Skirmish!!

Lucky Me-o, my all-time favorite game has been selected for the Game of the Week this week! COINcidence? Maybe not, but there were a couple of votes for Snowball Skirmish and I just couldn’t resist.

Most of you have already played Snowball Skirmish, but it’s a classic snowball fight… only with cannons, one-on-one, dino-a-dino. So find a partner and head on over to Webo Ridge for some intense snowball action just in time for fall.

Can’t find someone to challenge? Just look for Mio or another Moda and we’ll be happy to play against you. Not to mention scoop up some of the extra coins this game will be spitting out all week long!
